Alright, first blog post. So, Steph and I are expecting our little bundle of joy 3 days ago. She's proving already to be a girl who's going to do things on her own clock. I'll do my best to start updating this blog regularly with our lives. Not so much for the public, but so that we have a place on the interwebs to document what's going on as we watch our daughter grow up.
Truth be told, (should I be this forthcoming on the first post?) I suck at journaling. All through school and college and small groups and every Sunday School class ever I was told to keep a prayer journal or spiritual journal. All 73 journals I've owned in my life so far have about the first 10 pages filled out. After that you'll randomly find grocery lists and to do's that have filled up the places where my deep theological musings are supposed to be.
Anyways, here's a shot at starting something new. I mean, I'm getting ready to become a father (any time you're ready, Sadie), so I might as well start some good habits. We'll forget all the stuff she does anyway if we don't write it down. This way it will be forever immortalized, until the internets break and we go back to painting on caves.
My goal is to write some of the pregnancy stuff out here, while we're waiting on Baby V. If she shows up, I'll fill it in later.
